A&K Travel Group has announced the appointment of Tony Archbold as vice president of sales for Asia and Susan Haberle as vice president of sales for Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ).
These new leadership roles aim to enhance the group’s focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market and drive growth across both Abercrombie & Kent (A&K) and Crystal brands.
Archbold, a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the Asian market, will lead sales strategy in Asia. He will work closely with Evon Ler, director of Sales (Asia) for A&K and Crystal.
Haberle, an experienced industry leader with expertise in luxury travel, will oversee sales for A&K and Crystal in AU/NZ. A&K Travel Group stated that her in-depth market knowledge will be vital in advancing the company's goals in the region.
“We are delighted to congratulate Susan and Tony in their new roles within AKTG,” said Debra Fox, Managing Director Australasia and EVP of Sales APAC for A&K and Crystal.
The appointments are part of a broader strategy to reinforce A&K Travel Group’s presence in APAC, including an expansion of its on-road trade sales team. This move follows the group’s recent brand refresh and ongoing investments in product development, including the relaunch of its Sanctuary Retreats lodges as A&K Sanctuary.
